Loved this place for lunch. Excellent food. I felt a little bad for the poor waitress. She really didn't seem comfortable having to talk to people (?). But she was still very nice. Great hole in the wall.

Had one of the dinners, asked if salad bar comes with, told no. Asked how much extra and was told full price $10.95. The dinner was $10.95 so a dinner plate with salad bar would be nearly $22.00. I was then told I could order one of the sandwiches instead for $11.95 and get the salad bar for $3.00 more instead of fries. How does that make sense? Otherwise, food was quick, tasted good, and restaurant was clean. 5 stars for everything else, but they need to adjust how the salad bar gets tied into meals. When a person orders the dinner, they might like to have a salad or soup with it even if it is $4.00 extra but not $10.95.

My hubby, daughter, pup and I went on a surprise roadtrip to Mayville, ND. We had a great time. We ate at Paula's cafe in the morning, and it was an excellent experience, food was good and service was excellent! The server treated our toddler so wonderful, she was exuding love and joy.
